Refund policy

From the moment of purchase, all glassware within the order will be non-refundable due to our immediate start on decorating the package/Glassware.

Please make sure you leave correct details for us to contact you on behalf of arranging the chosen items you have selected. After 7 days of contact being made all orders will be processed and there will be no refunds within the order.

If you decide you have changed your mind, we may offer a store credit at our disclosure.

If you have made a mistake in the order and would like to change the order to something else, please let us know as soon as possible and we will attempt to come to an agreement.

If you are unhappy with the final result, we may offer a refund at our disclosure, but costing of return shipping is at the customers cost & alcohol pricing can not be refunded, due to us not paying for this item.
