Shipping policy

All our packages are sent through Australia Post with a tracking number attached to every order. 

We do our very best in regards to filling each box securely and taping the box with a 'Fragile' sticker to advise Australia Post that this is a 'Fragile item'

After the order has been shipped off with Australia Post, you will receive a notification by us from your details that you have provided at checkout in regards to the tracking, which you can then track.

Please make sure you check your tracking number if you haven't received the order, as it might be at your local post office waiting for your collection.
